How we handle memorial figurines
Any photos you have. Send several if you can, even blurry or partial ones; they help us get the markings right.
A free 3D preview, with no rush. Take as long as you need to look at it. Ask for as many changes as it takes.
Gentle emails only. No countdown timers or sales pressure from us, ever.
If it doesn't feel like them, you don't pay. And if a printed piece isn't right, we remake or refund it.
Timing
A preview takes 1-3 days; printing about 1-2 weeks; US shipping 3-7 days (our estimates). If it's meant as a Christmas gift for someone grieving, starting in November gives everyone time.
