A custom figurine is made to order: we build and check a 3D model of your pet, a full-color print farm prints it, then it ships. That takes weeks, not days, so here are our planned order-by dates for delivery by Christmas Eve, posted early on purpose.

Planned dates, posted Oct 24, 2026. They include a 2-business-day safety margin, and Thanksgiving (Nov 26-27) is not counted as a working day. For reference, the carriers' own 2026 Christmas deadlines are USPS Priority Mail Dec 18, UPS 3 Day Select Dec 21 and UPS 2nd Day Air Dec 22. Most of our time goes into printing, not shipping.

Preview 1-3 days, printing about 1-2 weeks, US shipping 3-7 days (our estimates, not a promise yet). Get your preview in November to be safe; we will post firm holiday cutoffs once our print partner confirms them.
Our planned cutoff is Monday, November 30, 2026: your free 3D preview approved and your order paid. Request the free preview by Monday, November 23 so there is time to check and fix the model.
Every figurine is printed to order on a full-color 3D printer and shipped from our print partner, and carriers are at their busiest in December. Working back from Dec 24: shipping about 6 business days, printing up to about 2 weeks, and up to 3 business days for us to build and check your preview.
Not yet. They are our planned dates built from published carrier deadlines and our estimates. We will confirm them once our print partner confirms its holiday production times. If they need to move earlier we will update this page and offer a full refund to anyone they affect; if they can move later, we will say so here.
You can still order, and we will tell you the honest delivery date before you pay. A card saying 'your pet's twin is on the way' with a picture of the approved 3D preview is a nice thing to open on the day.
Not with a Christmas date yet. Those routes take longer, so ask us first and we will give you an honest date.
If we told you it would arrive by Dec 24 and it doesn't, you get a full refund, and you keep the figurine when it arrives.
