How it works

- We check the model for likeness and email you the preview (1-3 days).

Christmas 2026 timing
Preview 1-3 days, printing about 1-2 weeks, US shipping 3-7 days (our estimates, not a promise yet). Get your preview in November to be safe; we will post firm holiday cutoffs once our print partner confirms them.
Questions
Is the 3D preview really free?
Yes. The first 25 previews are free with no card and no account; after that we keep a waitlist. You only pay if you choose to have it printed.
What do I get?
An email with images of your pet's 3D model from several angles, so you can judge the likeness before deciding anything.
Which photos work?
One pet, the whole body in view, good light, the pet filling most of the frame. Phone photos are fine; the upload form warns you if a photo is too small.
What happens to my photo?
It is used only to make your preview and is deleted after 90 days. Only upload photos you took of your own pet.
Can I download the 3D file?
Not yet. For now the preview is images of the model; the model itself goes to our full-color print partner if you order a figurine.
